The Build Cohort · Founding cohort
The free training gives you the system. The cohort is where it actually ships: 6 weeks, 12–15 people, one artifact a week, and someone who's built a few of these looking at your funnel and telling you the truth.
Founding cohort: dates and seat offers go to this list first, at the founding price. No earnings claims here — see the FAQ for exactly what this program does and doesn't promise.
Not a certificate. Four things that exist, on the internet, with your name on them:
Offer → page → email capture → follow-up, deployed and working. Yours, on your stack, no monthly software bill.
A distribution plan you actually started — first video, first posts, first search pages. Week 1, not week 6.
A real list with real humans on it, and the email engine that keeps it warm.
Something people can pay for — live, with a price on it. The moment the thing becomes a business instead of a project.
Because information was never the bottleneck. The free training is genuinely complete — and most people who learn from free content still never ship. What you're paying for is the part you can't download:
We start where the money is: who you serve, what they pay for, and how the first 100 people will hear about it. Before any code.
Your first video, post, or search page goes live this week. Real feedback from real strangers beats every theory.
With OpenCode, the free agent: landing page, thank-you page, the offer page. Critiqued live.
Capture, follow-up sequence, and the toolkit that makes people say yes — with the deliverability basics that keep you out of spam.
Put a price on it. Checkout, guarantee, FAQ. Payments onboarding reality included — the wall nobody warns you about.
Everything live at once: funnel, traffic, list, payments. You present it. The artifact is the proof — for your market and for ours.
opencode.school (free, sponsored by Cloudflare) and YouTube tutorials are excellent for learning the tool. We link to them. They stop where the business starts.
Maven's OpenCode cohort (~$800) teaches secure software engineering. Bootcamps ($2,000–5,000) teach you to get hired. Neither is about your business.
Great ones exist ($499–$5,000) — built on other people's paid tool stacks. Our lane: built on a $0 stack, with the funnel as the deliverable.
Traffic + subscribers + payments, built with free tools, in 6 weeks, with feedback and a demo day. That's the whole difference.
$997 USD · founding cohort
or 3 monthly payments of $332.33 — same total as $997. Founding price is locked for you on every future cohort; the price rises for future cohorts after this one fills.
Prefer someone else pay? The "get your company to pay" kit is included — professional-development budget covers training like this all the time.
If you join and it isn't for you, email me within 14 days and you get your money back. No forms, no hoops, no "show me your homework." I'd rather have 12 people who want to be here than 15 who resent it.
No income claims, no revenue screenshots, no promises about your job or your salary. This is a build program: you leave with shipped assets and a skill. What you do with them is your business — literally.
It helps but isn't required — Lesson 1 assumes zero experience. If you've never opened a code file, do the three free lessons first; they take an evening.
Everyone does at some point. Calls are recorded, reviews are async, and you keep lifetime access to the materials. The demo day has a date; everything else bends.
The agent is free and MIT-licensed; we use free model tiers. Optional paid models or subscriptions make it faster, never possible. The only costs outside the program are a domain (~$10/yr, if you want your own URL) and payment-processing fees on sales. Full details in the FAQ.
Dates are announced to the founding list first, with seats offered in signup order. Join the list above — that's the only way to get the founding price.
