mikee.pro Human-operated marketing Get set up — $497

AI setup · 2 × 45 minutes · one operator

AI doing your work, before the second session ends.

Not a course, and not another folder of prompts. We open a screen share, and I set AI up on your machine, on your actual recurring work, until it is producing the thing you keep doing by hand. Then you run it while I watch.

Two 45-minute sessions, one week apart, with one written task to run in between. The first is inside 48 hours of you paying.

  • Session 1 within 48 hours of purchase
  • Session 2 within 7 days of session 1
  • Format 45 minutes each, screen share, one to one
  • Operator Mikee Shattuck, both sessions

If you would rather judge the method for free first, the free training teaches the same thing at small scale. It costs nothing and it will tell you whether this is worth $497 to you.

The session-1 promise. If your first 45 minutes does not end with AI doing at least one real thing for you that it was not doing before, tell me within 48 hours of that session and I refund the $497. Details below.

  1. 01 · Day 0

    You pay once.

$497 through PayPal — card or balance, no account needed. No subscription, no renewal, and nothing else owed later.

  2. 02 · Inside 48 hours

    Session 1 — I install it.

Forty-five minutes on a screen share, on your machine, on one real recurring task. You drive the last ten minutes.

  3. 03 · The week between

    It runs without you.

One written instruction, then you run it daily and break it honestly. No call this week — email me if it falls over.

  4. 04 · Inside 7 days of session 1

    Session 2 — I make it last.

We fix what your real week broke, wire a second task, and write down what to hand over next.

01The problem
  • Why it stalled
  • Three attempts
01 · Why AI has not reached your actual workthe honest version

You are not behind. You are uninstalled.

Almost everyone who wants AI working in their business has done the same three things, in the same order. None of the three installs anything.

Attempt 1

You got the tool.

You have ChatGPT, and probably Claude. You use them to write things, summarise things, think through things. Nothing they produce lands in your business without you carrying it the last mile by hand.

Being installed, though

Attempt 2

You got the education.

You watched the videos, maybe paid for the cohort. Courses teach the tool in general. Your job is specific: your files, your inbox, your accounts, your customers, your version of the process. The distance between those two things is install work.

Taught your business to the machine

Attempt 3

You waited to know what to trust it with.

Of everything you do all week, which parts are a machine's job and which parts are not? Nobody could tell you, so nothing got handed over. That question takes about fifteen minutes with someone who has answered it before.

Answered itself

What you have

A subscription, a folder of prompts, and the ability to ask good questions.

What you do not have

A machine that is doing any of your recurring work while you sleep, without you in the loop.

What a course sells

Understanding of the tool, delivered as video, to everyone equally.

What is actually missing

Someone at your machine, on your work, doing the specific wiring once, and then watching you do it.

02The mechanism
  • Learn vs install
  • Why live
02 · The gap is installation, not knowledgethe whole idea

Learning is an hour. Installing is the thing that never happens.

Here is the difference, and it is the only idea this page needs.

Learning is a person understanding what the tool can do. That transfers fast — an hour of video, a good explanation, a weekend of playing. It is why the courses work and why you already know a lot more than you are using.

Installing is the specific wiring between your recurring work and a machine that does it. Which task. Which accounts. Which files. What triggers it. What it produces. Where the output goes. What happens when it is wrong. None of that is general, so none of it can be taught to a room. It happens once, at your desk, and then it is done forever.

That is the entire reason AI is in your browser and not in your business. You are not missing information. You are missing the installation, and installations are done in person.

Can be delivered by video

What agents are, how to prompt, which tools exist, what the terminology means, general workflows other people use.

Cannot be delivered by video

Your workflow, your accounts, your files, the one task you should hand over first, and the wiring that makes it run without you.

Why not just follow a guide

A guide cannot see your screen. The moment your setup differs — and it always differs — you are alone with a page that does not match your machine.

Why this has to be live

Because I have to look at your actual screen, and you have to drive the machine at least once yourself, or it is mine and not yours.

  • Claim the gap is installation, not knowledge
  • Evidence every course completion that produced nothing installed
  • Test at the end of session 1, either AI did something new or you get the money back
03What happens
  • Session 1
  • The week
  • Session 2
03 · The two sessions, in order$497, one time

Forty-five minutes, then a week of it running, then forty-five more.

01

Session 1 — the installation

45 minutes · within 48 hours of purchase · screen share

We begin with the task you wrote on the form, or we find the right one in the first five minutes. One task, and it should be a real one: something you do weekly, that takes time, that a machine can do from your own material rather than from the open internet.

Then I set it up on your machine while you watch, narrating what I am doing and why, so the next one you can do without me. You drive the last ten minutes. If it is not running by the end of the 45, we keep going — the promise on this page is that session 1 ends with AI doing something new for you, and I would rather run long than refund.

You leave with it running, and with the task written down.

02

The week between — you run it

One written task · daily · no call

Before we hang up I send you one written instruction: the task, how often to run it, and what “working” looks like. You run it every day until session 2.

Your job in that week is not to succeed, it is to break it honestly. Real weeks contain the customer whose name is spelled wrong, the attachment that does not arrive, the Monday where nothing happened. Every one of those is what session 2 is for, and the ones you catch are worth more than the ones I could guess at.

If it falls over completely, email me — you are not left to wait a week.

03

Session 2 — make it survive, then add the next

45 minutes · within 7 days of session 1

We read the week's breakage and fix it, one thing at a time, on your screen. Then we do the part that matters: we wire the second task, and talk through the third, so you leave knowing which parts of your week are a machine's job and which are not. That judgement is the thing people actually pay for, and it is the thing you keep.

You finish with at least one task running every day without you, a second one installed, and a written list of what to hand over next.

Where the 45 minutes actually go

Minutes 0–5 5 min
Minutes 5–35 30 min
Minutes 35–45 10 min
  • 0–5 we choose the task
  • 5–35 I install it, narrating why
  • 35–45 you drive it

Grey is my hands; pine is yours. The bar is the whole 45 minutes, to scale. Minute 45 is also where the promise is tested: either AI is doing something new for you by then, or the $497 comes back.

What you get

  • Two 45-minute one-to-one screenshare sessions, run by me, not by a team.
  • One real recurring task installed on your own machine, in session 1.
  • A written instruction for the week between, with what “working” means.
  • Breakage fixed and a second task wired, in session 2.
  • A written list of the next three things to hand over.
  • My direct email for the week between the two sessions.
  • A recording of both sessions, if you want one, so you can rewatch the setup.

What you need

  • A computer you can share a screen from, and any video call link you already use.
  • Forty-five uninterrupted minutes twice, one week apart. No other prep.
  • Your own accounts for whatever we install. I do not need your passwords — you type them.
  • Budget for tooling if you have none: usually $20–$40 a month, paid to those tools, not to me.
  • Willingness to be the one driving by the end. I am installing, not working for you.

I would rather you not buy this than buy it and not use it.

Two sessions only work for some people. Here is the split, and you can place yourself in about ten seconds.

You do the same handful of things every week. Quotes, proposals, reports, follow-ups, content, research, scheduling, data entry. Repetition is what makes something installable.

You have a real week to hand over. You want to watch the work come off your plate, not collect an interesting framework.

You can be on a call for 45 minutes twice. Both sessions are live and neither can be watched later in a way that installs anything.

You accept that you will drive at the end. The point is that it is yours, which means your hands on the keyboard at least once.

You want an agency to take it away and run it. That is a real thing to buy, and it is not this. Services describes it.

You want a course to keep. Video is better value for knowledge. This is worse value for knowledge and better value for getting one thing running.

Your work cannot be described in one sentence. If writing down your most repeated task takes a paragraph of exceptions, it is not the first thing to install, and I will tell you that before you pay.

You want a guaranteed revenue number. I can promise an installation. I cannot promise what your market does with it, and anyone who does is selling you something.

If you are unsure which column you are in, put your task on the form and pay nothing — write to mikeshattuckai@gmail.com instead and I will tell you honestly whether two sessions will do it.

One person runs this, and you can check his work before you pay.

Mikee Shattuck. I run a one-person marketing operations practice, and this site is the most direct evidence I can offer: it is built, deployed, automated and measured by an AI agent that I set up on my own machine, the same way I would set one up on yours. There is no account layer here and nobody to hand you to.

You do not have to take that on trust. On this site:

06 · What $497 is actually buyingone time

Two sessions, one installation, and the judgement about what to hand over next.

In the two sessionsWhat it is worth to you
Session 1 — 45 minutes, live, at your machineOne recurring task stops being yours. It runs the same day.
Session 2 — 45 minutes, live, after a real weekIt survives your actual week instead of a demo, plus a second task installed.
The instruction for the week betweenYou are not guessing what to do for seven days.
My direct email, between the sessionsWhen it breaks on Wednesday, you are not stuck until the following week.
The written handover listYou know the next three things to install, without paying me to tell you in session 3.
Recordings of both sessionsThe setup is repeatable, and yours to rewatch rather than repurchase.

Why $497 and not $97 or $4,997. $97 buys a video, and a video cannot see your screen — you already have videos. $4,997 buys a retainer with an account manager, and you do not need a relationship yet; you need one thing wired. Two hours of a person who has done it before, sitting on your work, is the smallest unit of this that changes anything.

The arithmetic, on your numbers, not mine.

Take the task you wrote on the form. If it takes four hours a week and your time is worth $50 an hour, it costs you $200 a week to keep doing by hand. If the two sessions halve the time it takes, this pays for itself in about five weeks. If they remove it, it pays for itself in under three.

I am not claiming a number for you — that sum is your hours and your rate, and you can change either one. What I am claiming is that $497 is small against a task that recurs every week forever.

Risk

The session-1 promise.

One promise, on the one thing I actually control, and it has a refund attached to it.

If your first 45 minutes does not end with AI doing at least one real thing for you that it was not doing before, you get the $497 back.

Tell me within 48 hours of the end of session 1, in an email, and I refund it in full. No form, no conditions, no argument, and you keep whatever we built.

That is a deliberately narrow promise, and I would rather make a narrow one I can keep than a broad one I cannot. What I am not promising: more revenue, more leads, rankings, a number in your bank account. I do not control your market or your customers, and nobody who promises you those things is telling you the truth.

Session 2 does not have a separate refund, because by then the thing you paid for has already been delivered and is running.

If it goes wrong in a way this does not cover — a family emergency, a schedule that collapses, a machine that dies — write to me. I have never let a calendar problem turn into a lost $497, and I do not intend to start.

Questions

Things people ask before paying.

I am not technical at all. Is that a problem?

No, and it is the most common situation. If you can use a browser and find a file on your computer, you can do this — the point of the screen share is that you never have to work out the setup alone. What does matter is that you are willing to have your hands on the keyboard at the end of session 1. Watching me do it is not the same thing, and it does not survive contact with your Tuesday.

What exactly do I need before session 1?

A computer you can share a screen from, a video call — any link you already use is fine — and forty-five uninterrupted minutes. Ideally, one sentence about the task you most want off your plate, which you can put on the form. No preparation, no reading, no accounts to create in advance: we do that together if it is needed.

What tools will we use, and will you sell me something?

Whatever fits your work. Usually an AI assistant you already pay for, plus an agent that can act on your machine, and occasionally a small automation tool. I take no affiliate fee from any of them and I have no stake in which one you choose — if you already have a subscription, we use it. Expect $20–$40 a month in tooling if you are starting from nothing, paid to those tools, not to me.

How soon is session 1, really?

Inside 48 hours of purchase, and in practice usually the same or next working day. You get an email from me within 12 hours of paying with two or three times to choose from. If you buy on a Friday evening, expect to hear from me by Saturday morning, not Monday.

What if I cannot do session 2 within seven days?

Reschedule once and it does not expire. The seven-day window exists because the week between the sessions is where the value is — you need enough real days to break it honestly. Moving it a few days is fine. Leaving it two months is not the same product and I will say so.

Is this a subscription or a retainer?

No. $497 once, two sessions, done. There is no ongoing fee, no renewal, no upsell built in. If you want more after session 2, you can buy another two sessions at the same price or talk to me about the retainer in Services — but nothing on this page enrols you in either.

Do you guarantee results?

No, and no honest person does. I do not control your market, your customers or your competition. What I guarantee is the installation: at the end of session 1, AI is doing something for you that it was not doing before, or you get the money back. That is the limit of what a promise can honestly cover, and it is stated above in full.

Who should not buy this?

Anyone who wants it done for them — that is an agency, and it is a different purchase. Anyone who wants the knowledge rather than the installation — the free training is better value. And anyone whose most repeated task cannot be described in a sentence, because that is a bigger project than two sessions and I would rather tell you now than take your money.

What happens the moment after I pay?

PayPal takes the payment and returns you here to a page that restates the terms. Within 12 hours you get an email from me with times for session 1, and you reply with whichever works. You then have two days to think about the one task you are handing over, and that is the whole of your preparation.

Two sessions, $497

Forty-eight hours from now, this can already be running.

One recurring task off your plate, installed on your own machine, inside 48 hours of paying. Then a real week to break it, then the session that makes it last.
