What this site collects
This site sets no advertising cookies, runs no third-party analytics, and loads no external scripts, fonts or trackers. Every asset is served from mikee.pro. The only information collected is what you type into the inquiry form.
What happens to an inquiry
When you submit the form, your name, email, company, optional website, selected need and message are stored on a server controlled by mikee.pro, where they are read directly by the practice. Your IP address and browser user-agent are recorded alongside the submission for spam and abuse prevention. Nothing else is logged.
Your details are used to answer your inquiry and to keep a record of who has been in touch. They are not added to a mailing list, not sold, not shared with third parties, and not used to train any machine learning model. If you ask to be removed, the record is deleted and you will be told when it is done.
Client data during an engagement
Work for clients is governed by a written scope that sets out what access is needed and what happens to data. Access is read-only during a diagnostic, scoped to named properties during a build, held in a password manager, and revoked at handover. Client data is not retained after an engagement ends and is never used in another engagement or as a public example without written permission.
Retention and removal
Inquiries are kept for as long as they are commercially useful, and no longer than two years. Email mikeshattuckai@gmail.com to have anything removed and it will be done, with confirmation.

Content on mikee.pro is provided for information. Figures quoted on this site carry their source, window and check date; they describe systems and results as of the dates shown and are not a prediction or a guarantee of results for any other business.
The site's code, written content, brand assets and figures are the property of Mikee Shattuck. You are welcome to quote short passages with a link back. Republishing the case study or brand assets in full is not permitted without written agreement.
Engagements
All work is performed under a written scope that sets out deliverables, fees, timing, access requirements and the limits of liability. Nothing on this website constitutes an offer, a contract or a professional guarantee.
Engagements are performed and operated by Mikee Shattuck personally. Subcontract specialists are used only where named in the scope, and responsibility for the engagement remains with mikee.pro either way.
Fees are fixed to scope or quoted per project. They are never billed as a percentage of media spend. Retainer work may be cancelled with thirty days' notice.

Nothing on this site is legal, financial, security or tax advice. Where an engagement touches regulated data or regulated marketing, the client's own advisers remain responsible for compliance.
