Book a diagnostic.

Two weeks, read-only access, fixed scope. You get a findings memo, a measurement gap register and a prioritised fix list. Mikee Shattuck reads and answers every inquiry himself — there is no form-handler queue and no sales team behind this page.

Before you writethree questions
What if we are not sure this is the right engagement?

Say that in the form. The diagnostic exists precisely because the first question is usually “what is actually broken?”, and two weeks of read-only work answers it without a larger commitment.

Do you work with agencies rather than in-house teams?

Yes, in two ways: setting up the measurement that an agency's reporting is missing, or a person operating the data layer alongside an existing agency. What is not on offer is taking over a media budget with no measurement attached.

How large does the business need to be?

Large enough that marketing decisions are worth getting right: multiple offices, multiple channels, or meaningful spend. Below that, a good analytics setup and a careful spreadsheet will beat anything we would build.
